• Overall management of all activities and staff of the department;
• Supervising the selection of candidates for overseas trips;
• Organizing the reception of guests, delegations, practitioners, and researchers from abroad;
• Preparing and managing international projects and programs, summarizing and analyzing their results;
• Planning and conducting ceremonies within the framework of international exchange programs with foreign higher education institutions;
• Organizing direct agreements with foreign higher education institutions;
• Establishing cooperation with embassies and international organizations on issues of study and advanced training;
• Supervising the proper and up-to-date correspondence with foreign higher education institutions;
• Receiving foreign delegations and specialists.
