Trade Union Committee

Functions of the Trade Union:
- To achieve the conclusion of collective agreements and oversee their implementation;
- To enhance public oversight to ensure compliance with labor laws and occupational safety regulations;
- To provide legal advice to trade union members, regulate labor relations, and implement a socially fair wage system for employees;
- To organize cultural, educational, physical training, sports, wellness activities, as well as leisure and health improvement events among trade union members.

The purpose of the Trade Union is to represent and protect the social-economic, labor, and occupational safety rights and interests of its members.
